By submitting your Application you are providing "written instructions" in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, as amended ("FCRA"), and authorize Phoenix Construction Group to obtain and verify information for your Application from consumer reporting agencies. If approved for financing, you authorize Phoenix Construction Group and our financing partner(s) to notify mortgage lenders on your behalf of your intent to participate in the Program. The information Phoenix Construction Group receives in your credit report is valid for one hundred twenty (120) days, after which Phoenix Construction Group will need to obtain a new credit report to re-verify your information.

Phoenix Construction Group uses information from consumer reporting agencies in determining eligibility for financing. Information obtained includes, but is not limited to, identification verification, mortgage histories, bankruptcy records, property tax payments, property values, and household incomes.
