Because of the durability of Metacrylics acrylic coatings, there is no warranty exclusion for ponding. Unlike most acrylic coatings, Metacrylics was formulated to withstand ponding water. Although acrylic is water based, no Metacrylics formulation is thinned down with added water or plasticizers to artificially enhance the product’s flexibility.

Metacrylics uses the finest grade 5-part polymer resin and titanium dioxide available, along with other high quality ingredients. All products are manufactured under strict quality control, with samples monitored by UL to ensure they meet quality standards set by ICBO and Metacrylics.

All Metacrylics acrylic coatings can be sprayed or applied with a brush or roller on a wide range of surfaces. Depending on the condition of the existing roof, a Metacrylics acrylic coating can either be reinforced with polyester fabric or applied without any reinforcement.
